This version of a Trinidad Sour replaces rye with spicy, aged rum for an intriguing Kentucky Derby sip.

- 2 oz. Mount Gary Rum Black Barrel
- 0.5 oz. Orgeat (Small Hands is recommended)
- 0.5 oz. Lime juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Lime peel to garnish
Add all ingredients to a tin, shake, and strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a lime peel.
