Demitri’s Bloody Mary Seasoning was created by former bartender Demitri Pallis in Seattle in 1988. Created to provide bartenders with high-quality drink mixes that are delicious, fast and consistent, the Demitri’s line includes four Bloody Mary seasoning mixes including the Classic Recipes, Chilies and Peppers, Extra Horseradish and Chipotle-Habañero. Demitri Pallis spent years behind the bar serving customers. In 1988, Demitri was working at a popular jazz club, The New Orleans Restaurant in Seattle's Pioneer Square. The restaurant’s handmade house recipe Bloody Marys, though popular, were impossible to make consistently among all of the different bartenders. Always an entrepreneur and inventor, Demitri decided to make a concentrate for his bar, which led him on a journey in mixology to create the perfect Bloody Mary seasoning. It took him more than a year to develop his formula for the perfect Bloody Mary drinks, using the help of dozens of unsuspecting customers telling him, "too hot, not hot enough, needs this, needs that...."

Demitiri soon found that bartenders from other neighborhood establishments were requesting bottles of the secret seasoning. From these requests, Demitri’s Bloody Mary Seasoning was born. More than 20 years later, Demitri still owns and operates the company, often going door-to-door to bars and restaurants in his hometown of Seattle, selling his products and discussing the art of Bloody Marys with fellow bartenders.

Bloody Mary Seasoning:
