Avicii Headlines First Electronic Music Performance in Ovation Hall at Revel

Grammy-nominated and world-renowned AVICII will take center stage at Revel’s Ovation Hall on June 16. Ash Alliance and At Night present AVICII along with Revel and Angel Management Group (AMG) to deliver the first electronic music performance to take place at the new resort destination. Tickets will go on sale on May 8 at 10 a.m. EDT at www.revelnightlife.com/tickets.

The talented 22-year-old Swedish DJ is a global sensation in the music industry. At Night Managements’ AVICII has played sold-out performances to millions of admirers and has collaborated with the likes of David Guetta and Tiësto. His most notable single "Levels,” was released in late 2011 and became a huge mainstream hit giving him and the electronic dance movement even greater notoriety. This year, he is slated to release his debut album entitled "The Battery Pack" and also is set to headline this year’s Lollapalooza Festival in front of more than 50,000 fans.

AVICII will set the standard as the first of many in-demand electronic music artists to perform at Ovation Hall. Angel Management Group is also the operator for HQ Nightclub, HQ Beach Club and The Social at Revel.

Designed by Scéno Plus, Ovation Hall creates an elevated concert experience for more than 5,000 guests by making the expansive space feel decidedly intimate. Every seat has an unobstructed view of the performer and a state-of-the-art sound system puts the audience in the center of the action with immersive audibility.

Revel opened its doors on April 2 with an eight-week preview which will culminate with the resort premiere on Memorial Day weekend. Spanning 6.3 million square feet and standing 47 stories tall in Atlantic City, Revel is bringing a true resort option to the Northeast. The beachfront destination is smoke-free and features 1,800 rooms with an ocean view, two performance spaces, more than a dozen restaurants, two nightclubs, beach club, spa, beach club, retail shops and a casino.
