Today, Nightclub & Bar Media Group has selected three winners for its third annual Entrepreneurs Awards program. All winners will be honored during the 2015 Nightclub & Bar Convention and Trade Show taking place March 30-April 1, 2015 in Las Vegas.

The overall mission of the Entrepreneurs Awards program is to discover and reward emerging small businesses producing innovative products for the nightlife industry. Selected from a widely diverse number of deserving entries, the winners of this year’s program are 1821 Bitters, a small company that handcrafts premium bitters, tinctures, shrubs, syrups, etc. using local and organic ingredients; INFUSE VODKA, a small-batch, ultra-premium and naturally-infused vodka made from hand-picked fruits, spices, and herbal ingredients; and I Like My Waitress, a social networking app that allows users to find great restaurants/bars with exceptional servers and lets servers build their own personal brand and book of business.

“We are thrilled about the direction in which this industry is going, and the winners of this year’s Entrepreneurs Awards program are the epitome of the ever-evolving industry,” says Jon Taffer, president of Nightclub & Bar Media Group and host and executive producer of Spike TV's Bar Rescue. “Each of these products represents the continuous innovation throughout the nightlife industry, and their standout creativity and execution has truly earned them a winning spot.”

1821 Bitters, LLC – Dedicated to crafting a better cocktail, 1821 Bitters uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible to handcraft small-batch, prohibition era bitters and cocktail mixers including tinctures, rich syrups, shrubs, old fashioned tonic, ginger beer and cold brew coffee concentrate. Everything is hand bottled and hand labeled to ensure the best possible quality control in Atlanta’s Historic Old 4th Ward.

INFUSE VODKA – Founder Seth Benhaim, inspired by his world travels, rediscovered the natural methods of infusion and took to creating the perfect platform for this small batch, natural vodka. The purest infused spirit on the market, Infuse is a corn-based vodka multi-micro purified through a state-of-the-art filtration system and distilled five times to produce a gluten-free vodka with no added sugars, dyes, syrups, or artificial ingredients. Distributed by Infuse Spirits Inc., Infuse Vodka is produced in Encino, California.

I Like My Waitress – Catering to diners, servers, and restaurant owners and managers, this social networking app provides patrons with an easy-to-use platform that helps them find a great server at their favorite restaurants. Diners can provide feedback and ratings directly to their favorite servers, and in turn the servers can incentivize them with personalized offers and coupons to visit the restaurant or bar. Servers can also post their work schedules and share their ratings with followers on their social media sites. This app ultimately allows patrons to connect with servers on a personal level through feedback and rewards, and restaurants are able to gain insights into diner activity and preferences in addition to server performance. The app, a product of SaltMines Group, LLC, was formulated in Vero Beach, Florida.

Each of these outstanding winners will receive a booth on the show floor at the 2015 Nightclub & Bar Show with a chance to personally show Jon Taffer their industry-changing innovation. The honorees will also receive two VIP all-access passes to attend the Nightclub & Bar Show, onsite promotion of their winning product, editorial coverage, social media mentions and the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year award plaque.
