Winter is coming, and with it so should a change in your cocktail menu. During the winter months, the cold may keep guests hibernating, but entice them to your bar with some seasonal favorites. Remember, that as the weather changes, your guests will be looking for something that will warm them up through the cold months. Whiskey mixed with honey, cinnamon combined with dark rum and any addition of gingerbread flavors help bring out winter wonderland aromas and tastes.
Served at The Waldorf-Astoria in New York
1½ oz. Stolichnaya Vanilla vodka
1 oz. cinnamon stick infused with vodka
1 oz. heavy cream
½ oz. Monin Gingerbread Syrup
Fresh nutmeg, for garnish
Place all ingredients in ice filled mixing glass, shake, strain into Martini glass. Finish with one scrape of fresh nutmeg for garnish.

2 oz .Ripe Rouge Natural Soft Drink
Garnish with blood cherries
Add rum and Chambord in a mixing glass over ice and stir then strain into a glass over ice, top off with Ripe Rouge. This can also be served up in a cocktail glass.
Vanilla Caramel Mochaccino

1 can illy issimo mochaccino
½ oz. caramel sauce
1 oz. vanilla infused vodka
Fill cocktail shaker half with ice. Add vodka, caramel sauce and half can of illy issimo mochaccino. Shake vigorously and pour into Martini glass straining the ice.

¾ part Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
¾ parts ginger liqueur
1/3 tablespoon ginger spice
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake, strain and enjoy.
Hot Caramel Buttered Rum

3 oz. Ron Abuelo Añejo
1 oz. Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
¼ stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ tsp. nutmeg
Cinnamon stick, for garnish
Combine all ingredients (excluding rum and vodka) into a hot drinking cup or mug. Mix together with a spoon then add Ron Abuelo Añejo and Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka. Pour in hot water (1 cup or more to personal taste) and stir vigorously until the mixture has dissolved. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
Winter Blackberry Ginger Margarita

½ oz. Corzo Silver Tequila
¾ oz. Campari
2 oz. Perfect Purée Blackberry puree, thawed
1/8 oz. Perfect Purée Ginger puree, thawed
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice Agave nectar
Fresh blackberries and a lime twist, for garnish
In a mixing glass, add the ingredients with ice. Shake and pour over fresh ice in a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lime twist.
