Anchor Distilling Company Brands Recognized at the 2011 SIP Awards

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Anchor Distilling Company brands were recognized in five different categories at the 2011 Spirits International Prestige (SIP) Awards, an international spirits competition held in downtown San Diego on June 28. The competition, which enlists consumers to form its judging panel, featured 73 judges who participated in a blind tasting of 249 global spirits. Anchor Distilling Company is part of the newly formed umbrella company, Anchor Brewers & Distillers, an amalgamation of Anchor Brewing Company, Anchor Distilling Company, Berry Bros. & Rudd and Preiss Imports that merged earlier this year.
