The Soyfoods Council is offering restaurants healthier menu recipes, including grilled asparagus with tofu tamari dressing, grilled tempeh or tofu salad made with lime-soy vinaigrette and fried chicken egg rolls with edamame mango relish. Other fare includes grilled tofu fries, chicken soy Caesar whole-wheat wraps and grilled pizza with roasted vegetables.
