EcoTek Lighting Receives Harvey Mudd College Green Engineering Certificate of Merit

Lake Forest, CA -- May 21, 2009 -- EcoTek Lighting, a division of Expotrans, Inc., received the Harvey Mudd College Green Engineering Certificate of Merit at the TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards dinner on May 14, 2009, at the Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, CA. Now in its 16th year, this premier business event celebrates excellence and achievement in the region's technology industry, and honors companies that drive innovation in Orange County and the Inland Empire.

EcoTek Lighting was honored for its achievements in 2008 as a leader in adopting a corporate-wide philosophy that focuses on saving the Earth's resources by producing environmentally friendly products, using non-toxic materials in manufacturing processes and product packaging, and positively addressing environmental issues through the design, production and use of eco-friendly LED lighting technology.
