Paddy Irish Whiskey
Pernod Ricard USA will release a limited two-month release of Paddy Irish Whiskey, an extra smooth and mellow whiskey blend that will hit the market in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Paddy Irish Whiskey was first distilled in 1779 under the name of “Cork Distilleries Company Old Irish Whiskey.” It is distilled three times and then matured for up to seven years in dark, aromatic warehouses. It will be available in February in 1 L bottles.

Aspall Cuvee Chevallier Cyder
Aspall Cyder House of Suffolk, England and SBS Imports of Seattle announce the limited release of Aspall Cuvee Chevallier Double Fermented Cyder to the U.S. market. Cuvee Chevallier is produced from apples that are higher in acid and lower in sugar content, and the double-fermentation process increases alcohol content but also provides greater structure and mouthfeel. The dry cyder features floral yeasty notes and a complex apple palate with a balancing touch of acidity.
