Refer to the NBWA Annual Convention and Trade Show to obtain the special negotiated room rate ($188/night for the Forum Tower and $193/night for the Palace and Augustus Towers) when you reserve your room before September 19. Don’t delay. The NBWA guest room block can sell out prior to that date. Once the block is sold out, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.

Registration: To receive press credentials and a complimentary press registration (up to two per publication) for the Annual Convention and Trade Show, complete the Convention registration form and return to NBWA Senior Manager, Registration Diane Mahoney at [email protected] or fax to (703) 683-8965. Please be sure to indicate “PRESS” on your registration form.

Registration for members of the “working press” (reporters, editors and photojournalists who are actively covering the event for a recognized news gathering organization) is complimentary for the first two registrants per publication. Non-editorial representatives (marketing and operations staff) are welcome to register and attend the Convention as conference attendees.

Publications: NBWA will provide designated space for display of trade publications. After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with shipping dates and instructions.

Please note: Because of storage constraints, NBWA will only be able to accept a MAXIMUM of 500 copies of each publication.
