Stein Haus Recipes

Das Schloss (The Castle)

¾ oz. Smirnoff No. 21
¾ oz. cherry liqueur (low alcohol liqueur)
½ oz. fresh lemon sour (2/3 simple syrup to 1/3 fresh lemon juice)
Top with lemon lime soda
Glass: Collins
Garnish: 2 cherries and lemon half moon

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with lemon lime soda. Garnish with cherries and lemon half moon.

The Ivan Stein!

1½ oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple
Top with ginger ale
Glass: Collins
Garnish: red apple & lemon half moon

Add Crown Royal Regal Apple to ice filled Collins glass.  Top with ginger ale. Garnish with red apple and lemon half moon.

Prost Manhattan

1¼ oz. Crown Royal
½ oz. sweet vermouth
2 dashes cherry bitters
Glass: martini
Garnish: cherry & orange twist

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cherry and orange twist.

German Coffee

1 oz. Bailey’s Original Irish Cream
¾ oz. Rumple Minze
1½ oz. cold coffee
Glass: rocks
Garnish: whipped cream and cocoa powder

Add Bailey’s and Rumple Minze to ice filled rocks glass. Fill with cold coffee. Layer with whipped cream. Garnish with cocoa powder.
