Wildcatter House Whiskey

(Pre-Batch)
750 ml Bulleit Bourbon
300 ml Simple Syrup
2 small bottles of Cinnamon Essential Oil
5 Cinnamon Sticks|
Red Sprinkle Rim

Combine and let sit.  Serve chilled.

House Whiskey

Jeff’s Roughneck Sour

1.25 oz Bulleit Rye
1 oz Fresh Lemon Sour
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit
2 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Garnish- Grapefruit Half Wheel

Shake/Strain over ice into rocks glass.

Jeff's Roughneck Sour

Monkeyboard

1.5 oz Captain Morgan
.5 oz Pecan Syrup
2-3 Dashes Aztec Bitters
Garnish- Orange Peel

Shake/Strain over ice into rocks glass.

 

The Summer Derrick

1.25 oz Bulleit Bourbon
Black Cherry Soda
Garnish- Cherry

Build in a rocks glass over ice.

 

Hot Katy

1.5 oz Bushmills Honey
Garnish- Half of a fresh jalapeno

Pour Bushmills over Jalepeno and ice in a rocks glass.
