Vampire Vineyards Announces Je Taaime in Time for the Holidays

Je T’aime Brut Rose Sparkling Wine has been added to the Vampire Vineyards family. Je T’aime speaks volumes through its bouquet of freshJe Tamie strawberry and raspberry, fragrant complexity and crisp finish.

The winery producing Je T'aime Brut Rose is situated in Limoux, France. Je T'aime Brut Rose is made in the classic methode traditionelle style. It is predominately made from the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. It takes more than 18 months from the time the grapes are picked until the Brut Rose is ready to be enjoyed.

The terrior is rich and diverse. The quality approach in creating Je T’aime highlights the topography and takes advantage of what the land offers. We select only those blocks of vineyards for which the microclimates, soils, and elevations are best suited to the style of grapes we are looking for in Je T'aime. To the east, the Mediterranean influence is that of a drier and warmer climate. To the west, the Atlantic provides a more temperate climate. This guarantees both optimal sun and enough rain during the year. The soil composition is mainly limestone and clay.

Je T’aime owes its delicate color to its short time spent on the skins of the Pinot Noir grape. The result is a fruit-forward wine with a yeasty flavor that is clean and balanced with a lingering finale.
