A touch of mezcal completely transforms this gin-based tipple.

- 2 oz. The Botanist Gin
- 1 oz. Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1oz. Ginger syrup
- 0.25 oz. Mezcal
- 4 drops of Orange bitters
- 1 piece of Pickled ginger
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and then shake. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with pickled ginger.
