Where’d My Mango?

- 1.5 oz. Balcones Baby Blue Corn Whisky
- 1 oz. Pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz. Mango nectar
- 0.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz. Rich demerara
- 5-6 Mint leaves
Combine all in shaker with ice and shake until cold to touch, strain over crushed ice into highball glass, and garnish with mint leaves.
