This demo showcases Chef Roy Choi’s signature Kalbi Plate, featuring thin-cut short ribs marinated in a vibrant blend of soy, citrus, aromatics, and sesame before being grilled to a glossy, caramelized char. Chef Roy will then use the grilled kalbi to build his fan‑favorite Kimchi Quesadilla using his namesake Choi’s Kimchi. This demo will be a dynamic look at Choi's signature Kogi BBQ-style Korean‑American comfort food.
