Bio:

Originally from Sonoma County, California, Aaron Fish moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2008 and quickly established himself as a driving force in the region’s culinary scene. As Chef of the James Beard–nominated Eat Good Group, he oversees culinary operations across multiple chef-driven restaurant concepts, helping shape menus, mentor culinary teams, and define the group’s ingredient-focused philosophy.
 
Beyond the kitchen, Aaron previously collaborated with Spiceology on recipe and content development and helps plan and execute Crave! Northwest, one of the region’s premier food and beverage festivals. He has also appeared on Food Network, bringing his passion for thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking to a national audience.
 
A champion of sustainable sourcing and seasonal cooking, Aaron continues to push creative boundaries through his roaming pop-up series, Wandering Table, while inspiring the next generation of cooks and chefs within his kitchens.
