Anthony Schmidt is a founding member of CH Projects in San Diego. After years behind the bar and leading beverage programs, he’s now focused on his role as Director of Beverage and Educational Development, where he’s building training systems that treat bartenders more like athletes than employees. A firm believer in physical and mental performance as the foundation of hospitality excellence, Anthony is working to grow CH Projects’ educational offerings into accredited trades.
