Bio:

Scott R. Stanfield is an award-winning turnaround GM and Director of Food & Beverage with over 30 years of experience. His career highlights include StripSteak by Michael Mina at the Fontainebleau on Miami Beach, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, a Marriott Autograph Collection property at Hotel Park City, Del Frisco’s Grille at the Santa Monica Pier, Hilton’s Spencer’s for Steaks & Chops, Laurel Brasserie at The Grand America, and Cascades at the haunted Stanley Hotel.

His shift-ready playbook: pick one target per shift, measure the truth, set non-negotiable standards, test on the floor, keep score, and build momentum, turns “money left on the table” into measurable gains. From +21.9% YoY sales awards, 13× net-profit swings, Best Service Team, and rising to #1 rankings on multiple travel sites, including Zagat and TripAdvisor, Scott is a dishwasher-to-GM operator. He builds cultures of continuous improvement where FOH & BOH move as one.

Off the floor, he’s a husband, dad, ribeye enthusiast, Brazilian Jūjutsu student, and Sumo fan.

Host of "The Restaurant General Manager Podcast" and creator of "The Menu Maestro GPT," which provides Michelin-star-level server tableside descriptions, Master Sommelier wine pairings, Cicerone beer pairings, Spirit Expert classic cocktail pairings, and known allergens, all from a dish's ingredient list.
