With a hospitality degree from Cornell University and over two decades of hands-on experience, Sean brings a practical, time-tested approach to strategic menu development. He has spoken at top industry events including the National Restaurant Association Show, Airport Experience Conference, Plant-Based World Expo, and has shared insights on NPR’s Marketplace and the BBC World Service.

His path into this specialized discipline was shaped under the mentorship of the late Gregg Rapp, a pioneer in the field whose principles continue to guide Sean’s work and influence the industry today.
