The Bistro is a new 50-person restaurant located within the Restaurant Zone that provides a full restaurant experience for VIP Pass attendees during both days (Tuesday - Wednesday) of Bar & Restaurant Expo.
Designed to showcase the very best and latest food, beverage, FOH products, and technology products in a real-life setting, participants will pre-schedule their lunch slot, menu choices and beverage pairings, and enjoy in a private dining space at a time of their choice.
