Our newly redesigned Restaurant Zone includes a dynamic test kitchen hosted by a team of top chefs presenting live cooking demonstrations with 500 samples per session, beverage pairings, plus a full equipment showcase.
Experience a dedicated area of food and food service equipment suppliers with access to expert demonstrations and tastings to explore how to effectively manage, deliver, and receive product profitability.

The Bistro is a new 50-person restaurant located within the Restaurant Zone that provides a full restaurant experience for VIP Pass attendees during both days (Tuesday - Wednesday) of Bar & Restaurant Expo.
