Ava Vitale is the Co-Founder and Beverage Director of Crave Kitchen & Cocktails in Rockford, Illinois, where she has built one of the region’s most celebrated bar programs. Known for her inventive craft cocktails and hospitality-driven leadership, Ava was named Bartender of the Year at the 2025 Bar & Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas and recognized as a Top Shelf: Next Generation of Hospitality honoree. Beyond the bar, Ava is deeply hands-on in every aspect of the restaurant—helping develop food menus, working the line, and supporting her team wherever needed. With a passion for both creativity and community, she continues to shape Crave into a destination for memorable dining and hospitality experiences.
