After 35 years and on the heels of a highly successful return to Las Vegas in June of 2021, the Nightclub & Bar Show announced that the annual convention will evolve its name and rebrand to Bar & Restaurant Expo!
For years the bar and restaurant industry has been changing. Restaurants have been adding signature cocktails and mocktails to engage customers, bars have been adding food to drive customer spending and customers have been vocal about their interest in bar and restaurant experiences.
For the past five years, attendees of the event had noticed the influx of food on the show floor from the Food & Beverage Innovation Center, to the Food Festival and the Sports Bar to help operators quickly bring revenue-boosting menu items to their venues. For over three decades the event was evolving with the industry.
To align with the industry and continue to be innovative, after months of planning, Questex announced that it was rebranding Nightclub & Bar Show to Bar & Restaurant Expo to support businesses that were crossing lines into the food and restaurant sectors and seeking information. The new positioning no longer limits the brand to nightlife. It creates new opportunities for the food and restaurant segment of industry as well as opportunities in the food and beverage industry. And it now appeals to a wider audience of owners and operators such as food buyers, food & beverage directors, food distributors, chefs and other key stakeholders within the food service sector. Bar & Restaurant Expo will provide the resources they need to thrive in a today’s ever-changing business environment.
Let's embrace this change together and watch for more to come including a new story of how businesses are winning through their food and beverage evolutions.
