Ben Bloss
Assistant General Manager - Food & Beverage
Bio:
Ben Bloss has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry, beginning his journey with internships and career shadowing experiences at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas and the Value Inn Worldwide in Suwon, South Korea. He later moved to Orlando, where he joined the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World while earning his Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management from the Rosen College of Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida.
His career quickly accelerated as he transitioned into management with Topgolf. After graduation, Ben relocated to Nashville, starting as an Operations Manager on Lower Broadway. He was soon promoted to Assistant General Manager, leading the high-profile grand openings of Morgan Wallen’s This Bar and Lainey Wilson’s Bell Bottoms Up. With a passion for launching large-scale hospitality ventures, Ben returned to Orlando to contribute to the grand opening of Universal Orlando Resort’s newest theme park, Epic Universe. There, he rapidly advanced to Assistant General Manager of Super Nintendo World Food & Beverage—the park’s highest-volume dining location.
Ben’s career is fueled by creativity, which he channels not only through hospitality leadership but also through writing. His passion project, The James Blade Series, is a collection of novels he continues to develop in his free time. When he's not overseeing major food and beverage operations, you’ll likely find him outdoors with his golden retriever, Banjo.
